Voill has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, simply return it to us within 15 days. Returned products must be complete, undamaged, unused, in original condition and packaging with all tags, tags and barcodes still attached, and the original packaging must be intact and unmarked – returns that do not meet this requirement may not be eligible for exchange. How do I return a product?

First, you need to submit a return or exchange application to our customer service staff. After receiving approval from customer service, proceed to the following steps: 1. Make sure the product meets the return criteria and provide a receipt or proof of purchase 2. Pack your products in original packaging 3. Go to your nearest post office to drop off your package 4. Complete the delivery and send the logistics order number to the customer service staff 5. After receiving the goods, we will complete the quality inspection within 48 hours, and you will receive an email to approve the return or exchange. Notice:

• No refunds will be given for products that are damaged (in any way) or used; • If you purchased a product as part of an offer (e.g. 3 for the price of 2), all products in the offer must be returned to us and must comply with this returns policy to be eligible for a refund or Exchange. • You are responsible for the product until we receive it and sign for it. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit and sent back to us using a trusted delivery method. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your package against loss in transit. • Except as provided above, any other fees paid by you in connection with the Products will not be refunded. • We have absolute discretion whether to accept returned products for refund or exchange.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately ([email protected]) so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Delayed or missed refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
